Who wouldn't love tiramisu? How about adding pink colour and the perfect juiciness of raspberries to it and putting it all in a glass so you can take it anywhere? You'll love this combination, plus it's an extra easy dessert that's ready in minutes.

Instructions

  1. Raspberry Tiramisu CupsFirst, mix the biscuits and brew the coffee.

  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the chicory syrup and vanilla. Start layering into the prepared glasses.

  3. Put 2‑3 tablespoons of ground biscuits in the bottom of the cup, pour a little coffee and stir gently with a spoon.

  4. On top of this will go a curd layer, then raspberry jam as needed 3‑4 tsp.

  5. Layer the ground biscuits and coffee again and stir a little, top with the cottage cheese and finally sprinkle the cocoa through a sieve.

  6. Leave to cool to allow the flavours to combine, or serve immediately.
