  1. Raspberry Tiramisu CupsFirst, mix the biscuits and brew the coffee.

  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the chicory syrup and vanilla. Start layering into the prepared glasses.

  3. Put 2‑3 tablespoons of ground biscuits in the bottom of the cup, pour a little coffee and stir gently with a spoon.

  4. On top, add the cottage cheese layer, then 3‑4 tsp of raspberry jam.

  5. Layer the ground biscuits and coffee again and stir a little, top with the cottage cheese and finally cover with sieved cocoa.

  6. Leave to cool to allow the flavours to combine, or serve immediately.
