- 115 g spelt biscuits
- 140 g raspberry jam
- 370 g curd cheese
- 80 g chicory syrup
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- water
- cocoa powder
Instructions

First, mix the biscuits and brew the coffee. -
Mix the cottage cheese with the chicory syrup and vanilla. Start layering into the prepared glasses.

Put 2‑3 tablespoons of ground biscuits in the bottom of the cup, pour a little coffee and stir gently with a spoon.

On top, add the cottage cheese layer, then 3‑4 tsp of raspberry jam.

Layer the ground biscuits and coffee again and stir a little, top with the cottage cheese and finally cover with sieved cocoa.

Leave to cool to allow the flavours to combine, or serve immediately.
