Chickpeas are a great multifunctional ingredient. You can use it in savoury and sweet recipes alike. Chickpea brownies are quite similar to bean brownies, but they are blond – hence the name. Revolutionary, eh? In this recipe, the chickpea is beautifully complemented by the peanut butter. The white chocolate and raspberries perfectly round up the taste.
