Per 2 portions
- 150 g rice semolina
- 1 egg
- 250 g curd cheese
- 8 strawberries
- natural stevia drops
- 50 g strawberries
- 100 g of lumpy curds
- 5 g ghee
- pinch golden cane icing sugar
- strawberry prebiotic topping
- chopped almonds
Instructions
-
Start by making the dough – mix the semolina/farina, eggs, soft low‑fat curd cheese, a couple of drops of stevia or another sweetener you prefer.
-
Shape pieces of dough into a ball, then squash it flat and add the strawberry (or different fruit). Wrap the dough around the fruit. The size of the ball and therefore the dumplings depends on the size of the fruit.
-
Bring a pot of water to a boil and then add the dumplings. Cook for 5 minutes or so, until they pop to the surface.
-
And then simply enjoy with some grated curd cheese, melted ghee, a small amount of sugar, some fruit, and our prebiotic topping.
PS: You can also add some almonds for extra crunch on top.
