Per 2 portions
- 500 g light curd cheese
- 40 g coconut
- 20 g of coconut syrup
- 50 ml milk
- 20 g chocolate shards
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- coconut chips

In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, syrup, desiccated coconut and add some milk if needed (depending on the consistency of the curd cheese). Don't forget that the coconut will absorb water, so the mixture will become thicker.

Melt the dark chocolate and a teaspoon of coconut butter in a water bath.

Prepare two jars and divide the mixture between them. Pour over the melted chocolate. You can add some shaved coconut on top.

Leave it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Enjoy!
