Instructions

Create a sticky and lumpy dough from the dumpling ingredients.

Move the dough to a board and form long dumplings.

Cook them in salted water until they pop to the surface. Drain them and leave them to dry. Then transfer them to a kitchen towel that will soak up the remaining liquid.

For the sauce, fry plums using a small amount of ghee. When fragrant, add a little bit of water and let them cook. To finish, add lemon juice and erythritol.
