Dumplings:
Plum sauce:
  • 200 g plums
  • 20 g erythritol
  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Create a sticky and lumpy dough from the dumpling ingredients.

  2. Move the dough to a board and form long dumplings.

  3. Cook them in salted water until they pop to the surface. Drain them and leave them to dry. Then transfer them to a kitchen towel that will soak up the remaining liquid.

  4. For the sauce, fry plums using a small amount of ghee. When fragrant, add a little bit of water and let them cook. To finish, add lemon juice and erythritol. 

  5. Serve the dumplings with plum sauce, poppy seeds and melted ghee.

  6. Enjoy!
