You can never have enough healthy snacks, so we decided to upgrade our favourite snack. We were inspired by the popular cottage cheese bars from Lidl, which are quite nutritious. We took away the calories and fat and threw in some extra protein. The result is a tasty snack with strawberries or pistachios in crunchy chocolate that you'll keep coming back to. See for yourself! 💪🏻

Per 10 portions
- 1 packet semi-fat quark
- 60 g pistachio protein powder
- 1 tbsp pistachio butter
- natural stevia drops
- 50 g dark chocolate
- tsp coconut oil
- 1 packet semi-fat quark
- 60 g strawberry protein
- strawberry stevia drops
- 10 g freeze dried strawberries
- 50 g white chocolate
- tsp coconut oil
Instructions
-
Both versions are very easy to prepare.
Just mix all the ingredients except the chocolate and oil (crush the freeze‑dried strawberries into powder for the strawberry version) and then shape the bars. Use your hands dipped in cold water to help you do this. This way your hands won't stick to the curd mixture.
-
Btw, if you want the pistachio version nice and green, you can add matcha for a nice kick.
-
Then put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make them easier to work with and to wrap them in chocolate.
-
Melt this together with a little coconut oil and coat the sticks in it nicely. Let it cool and that's it!
-
Store the bars in the fridge and ideally eat within two days. They can also be frozen. In this case, let them thaw at room temperature for an hour before eating.

So enjoy!
