- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 10 g hemp seeds

We love simple recipes, and this is another one of them. You simply blend all the ingredients for the hummus (use cooked beetroot) and serve it spread on bread or with your favourite crisps or crackers. You can eat it on its own or as part of a spread.
