Who doesn't love the blueberries and custard combination? Simply mix a few ingredients, and a delicious, filling lunch is on the table in minutes, packed with protein, too.

  • 250 g of lumpy curds
  • 30 g xylitol
  • 185 g spelt semolina
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet vanilla protein pudding
  • 180 g blueberries
  • 20 g poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the curd cheese with egg, xylitol, and spelt semolina so you have a non‑sticky dough. Divide it into six parts. Roll each part into a pancake and add a tablespoon of blueberries to the middle. Roll into a ball.

  2. Add the balls to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Serve with custard, poppy seeds and/or sugar.
