- 4 slices of wholegrain toast bread
- 40 g hummus
- 2 ml avocado oil

- 1 slice Black Forest hams
- 10 g green olives
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 20 g carrots

Instructions

Prepare all the vegetables – wash them, peel them and chop them into small pieces, cubes or slices (depending on the shape of the vegetable). Just pick whatever veggies you like and as many of them as you like.

Slice the bread in half and spray it (or drizzle it) with some oil. Fry it in a pan on both sides.

Rub some garlic on the toasted bread, then spread the hummus over it. Then top it with whatever you fancy – we chose veggies, olives, parmesan, ham, and rocket. Enjoy!
