- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g sweetcorn
- 100 g cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- onion
- 1 packet yellowfin tuna in brine
- 1 packet cottage cheese
- smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp of Vilgain sugar free ketchup
- lemon juice
- baby spinach
- 1 avocado
- parsley leaves
Instructions

Wash and chop the pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion, and mix them with the corn, tuna, cottage cheese, smoked paprika, and ketchup. Add some lemon juice and chopped parsley. Mix again.

Place a couple of leaves of baby spinach, avocado slices, and the mixture on a tortilla.
