That's why we created this tuna burrito recipe. You need to chop vegetables, mix it with the remaining ingredients you have at home and the tuna in brine. Fold it all in a tortilla, fry, and you're done. We can guarantee this will become not only a dinner staple, but also your new favourite lunch fr work.

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion, and mix them with the corn, tuna, cottage cheese, smoked paprika, and ketchup. Add some lemon juice and chopped parsley. Mix again.

  2. Place a couple of leaves of baby spinach, avocado slices, and the mixture on a tortilla.

  3. Wrap it (see the video) and fry in a dry pan until golden brown.

  4. Enjoy!
