  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 packet of burrata
  • 2 tsp pesto genovese
  • 30 g cherry tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • balsamic crema
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • ghee

Instructions

  1. First, chop your cherry tomatoes and mix them with some olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Fry the bread on both sides until crunchy, using ghee. Then it's time to load the toastie. Start by spreading some cream cheese on the bread.
  3. Next, add prosciutto, pieces of mozzarella burrata or any other type of mozzarella (that's up to you and your budget), chopped cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and a couple drops of balsamic.
