Healthy chicken tortilla

This is no boring dry chicken tortilla. We've packed this one full of flavour. If you're tired of making the same dinner, put a twist on it with this new recipe.

Per 3 portions

  • 3 wraps
  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 50 g red cabbage
  • 50 g white cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 20 g plain yoghurt
  • 20 g tahini
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • coriander
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the white and red cabbage into small pieces. Grate the carrot roughly.

  2. Mash the avocado using a fork and mix it with yoghurt, tahini, and lemon juice. Add it to the veggies from the previous step.

  3. And we can start! Place a portion of the vegetable mix to the middle of the tortilla, add the chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and coriander. Wrap the tortilla up following the steps in this video.

  4. Enjoy!
