- 140 g plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp dill
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1 packet ready-to-eat turkey meat
- 1 tsp full fat mustard
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- salt

- 3 wraps
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion

Instructions

Start with the tzatziki.
Grate the cucumber finely and squeeze out the liquid.
Then simply mix all the ingredients – yoghurt, cucumber seasoning, fresh dill, lemon juice and olive oil.
Store the tzatziki in a fridge.

Let's make the meat filling.
Take the meat out of the fridge and shred it using a fork. Mix it with the remaining ingredients – mustard, lemon juice and seasoning.

Time to layer up!
Spread the tzatziki over the wrap. Add the meat, fresh vegetables and wrap it all up.

You can serve the gyros immediately, or toast them in a pan.
