Per 2 portions
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 g butter
- 60 g baby spinach
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ready-to-eat kidney beans
- 2 wraps
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions

Melt butter in a pan and gradually crack in the eggs. Stir and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the salad, dice the tomatoes, open the can of beans, halve the avocado and prepare the tortillas.

Top the tortilla with the scrambled eggs, salad, tomatoes, beans and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. You can also season it with your favourite sauce.

Wrap the tortilla up. First, fold the sides. Then cover the filling with the bottom part of the tortilla and wrap to a desired shape.

Fry the tortilla in a dry pan or in a contact grill for a couple of minutes.
