For this strawberry matcha latte, you just mix strawberry protein powder with semi‑skimmed milk. A good quality shaker bottle with a round bottom and a whisking spiral is ideal for a creamy consistency without any unpleasant lumps. -
Mix a teaspoon of matcha powder thoroughly in cold water.
