Dumplings:
  • 250 g curd cheese
  • 25 g oat flour
  • 10 g poppy seeds
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 5 drizzles vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with an egg yolk, flour, poppy seeds, sugar or another sweetener you prefer, and a couple of drops of vanilla extract.

  2. Work it into a dough.

  3. Shape the dough into small balls.

  4. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. When it's boiling, add the dumplings and stir so they don't stick together.

  5. When they come up to the surface, leave them to cook for 30 seconds more and then drain them.

  6. Serve them with reduced or fresh fruit. You can also add chicory syrup, nut butter or chopped nuts.
