The combination of roasted potatoes, broccoli and halloumi fuels your body with quality carbohydrates, fibre and protein. It is an ideal choice after a workout session or a filling lunch. And the best part? Minimum prep, everything in one dish and maximum flavour thanks to the tomato sauce, herbs and baked cheese.

Per 3 portions
- 600 g potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 250 g broccoli
- 80 g sugo basilico
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 ml olive oil spray
- 150 g halloumi cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 60 g sour cream
- fresh herbs
Instructions

Chop the potatoes into medium to small pieces and place them in a baking dish.

Spray them with some oil and add paprika, salt and pepper.

Bake them in the oven preheated to 185 °C for 10‑15 minutes.

Take them out and add pieces of broccoli.

Pour over the tomato sauce, then add half moons of onion, pieces of garlic and sliced halloumi on top.

Spray with olive oil again and season with your favourite seasoning, herbs and pepper.

Put the lid on and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crunchy.

Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs on top. Enjoy!
