Sauce:
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • Thyme
  • pinch salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into 0.5cm thick rounds. Chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces and cook them together with the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Mince the garlic and add it to the sauce.

  3. Prepare the baking tray. Add the boiled potatoes to the bottom, then the broccoli. Chop the turkey into smaller pieces and add it too. Pour the ricotta sauce all over and sprinkle over the grated cheese.

  4. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
