Per 2 portions
- 2 whole wheat baguettes
- 400 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 300 ml tomato passatas
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp ghee
- spring onion
- salt
- Kampot pepper
- oregano
- onion granules
- sweet paprika
- chilli
- 8 slices 30% edam cheese
- 1 tsp cane sugar
Instructions

Chop the spring onion and fry it using ghee.

Add the chopped tomatoes, wine vinegar, salt, brown sugar, and spices. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the chopped chicken and mix well.

Take it off the heat and add Greek yoghurt.

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and top each half with the chicken mixture.

Top it with slices of cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.

Serve the baguettes with some more spring onions. Enjoy!
