- 1 egg
- 20 g breadcrumbs

- 260 g chicken breast
- 55 g arrabbiata tomato sauce
- 50 g mozzarella
Instructions

Beat an egg in a bowl, add salt, garlic and seasoning. In another bowl, prepare breadcrumbs. Cut the chicken breasts into thinner strips. Coat them in the egg first, and then in breadcrumbs. Transfer the chicken to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.

Turn the chicken around after 10 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce all over and cover with the cheese. Bake it for another 15 minutes.
