This easy baked beef tacos recipe proves that simplicity is the best. They make a great lunch or dinner, but they'll wow party guests too. They're easy, impressive, but also easily feed a crowd. Let's do it! 🌮

- 1 packet wrap
- 400 g ready-to-eat beef meat
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 100 g 30% edam cheese
- 100 ml ketchup
- olive oil
- coriander
- sweet paprika
- pepper
- salt
- chilli
- onion granules
- garlic granules
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- lemon juice
- pepper
- salt
Instructions

Heat olive oil and fry sliced onions and peppers, sliced into thin strips.

Season with finely chopped coriander, pepper, salt, sweet paprika, chilli, garlic and onion granules.

Add the R2E beef and ketchup. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Using a large mug or a bowl, cut three round pieces from each wrap.
Tip: If you don't want to cut the wrap, buy our mini pizza base.

Sprinkle each wrap with grated cheese (we used Eidam). Add the beef mixture and fold it.

Transfer the filled tacos into a baking dish, stack them tightly and sprinkle over any leftover cheese. Bake them in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 10 minutes.

Now let's prepare the guacamole: Peel and stone a ripe avocado, and mash it with a fork.

Add finely chopped onion and tomato, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
