  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • olive oil spray
  • 1 onion
  • 1 courgette
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 300 g ground meat
  • 80 g chickpeas in brine
  • 25 g cheese
  • salt
  • spice

Instructions

  1. First, bake the sweet potatoes. Wash them and prick them with a fork in several places. Bake at 180 degrees for 40‑50 minutes, depending on their size.

  2. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the onion, courgette, and pepper. Add some water if needed and simmer until the volume halves. Set the vegetables aside and cook the meat. Season it with salt and pepper. Mix in the vegetables, add chickpeas and season to taste.

  3. Slice the baked sweet potatoes in half (carefully). Scoop out the flesh, fill it with the meat mix and bake for 5 more minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
