You don't want to bake, but you need something energising for your lunch box? Try these protein balls. You only need a few ingredients: ripe banana, oat flour, cashew butter, and your favourite protein. You'll mix everything, coat it in chocolate, and in 20 minutes, you have a yummy treat for the whole week ready in your fridge.

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the cashew butter, maple syrup, protein, and oat flour.

  3. Make a batter.

  4. If it's too sticky, add more flour. Wet your hands and form balls.

  5. Place them on a plate sprinkled with the oat flour. If needed, roll them between your palms again to make them less sticky.

  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a water bath. Once thick, add the coconut oil.

  7. Coat the balls in the chocolate and place them on a baking paper. Leave them to solidify for an hour.

  8. Enjoy!
