You only need a few ingredients: ripe banana, oat flour, cashew butter, and your favourite protein. You'll mix everything, coat it in chocolate, and in 20 minutes, you have a yummy treat for the whole week ready in your fridge.

- 100 g banana
- 55 g cashew butter
- 25 g maple syrup
- 150 g gluten-free oat flour
- 60 g cinnamon protein powder
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- 130 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions

Mash the banana in a bowl.

Add the cashew butter, maple syrup, protein, and oat flour.

Make a batter.

If it's too sticky, add more flour. Wet your hands and form balls.

Place them on a plate sprinkled with the oat flour. If needed, roll them between your palms again to make them less sticky.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a water bath. Once thick, add the coconut oil.

Coat the balls in the chocolate and place them on a baking paper. Leave them to solidify for an hour.
