Per 6 portions
- 50 g protein crispies
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g coconut oil
- 50 g peanut butter powder
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions

In a bowl, mix Vilgain protein crispies with melted dark chocolate and coconut oil. Stir thoroughly to combine and coat the protein crispies evenly with the chocolate. -
Pour the mixture into a silicone bread mould (or any other suitable mould) and spread it evenly. Then place the mould in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up the mixture.

In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter powder with 2‑3 tablespoons of water until you have a smooth mixture.

After 15 minutes, remove the mould from the freezer and spoon the peanut mixture on top of the chocolate mixture. Use a fork or skewer to gently "mix" the peanut mixture into the chocolate mixture and make zigzag lines.

Return the mould to the freezer and leave to set for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove from the freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy!
