- 6 medjool dates
- 120 g peanut butter
- 10 g of adaptogenic coffees
- 20 g peanut butter
- 30 g of nut mix
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Pit the dates, open them up and place them at the bottom of the paper cup.

Mix the peanut butter with 2 teaspoons of the adaptogenic coffee (or a different instant coffee of your choice) and add it to the cups with dates.

Add another layer of pure peanut butter to add more colour.

Add the chopped nuts.

Melt the chocolate (you can add half a teaspoon of coconut oil) and then pour it into the cups.

Leave them to cool completely and serve.
