We wouldn't be us if we didn't serve you something that, besides satisfying your taste buds, will also give you a terrible boost of quality energy, so try these gingerbread scented unbaked energy balls, which are a great sweet snack ready in minutes, and trust us, if this is your first pastry, you'll wow everyone with it!

Per 10 portions

  • 70 g cashews
  • 180 g dates
  • 45 g oats
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 20 g cane molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp salts

Instructions

  1. Blend dates, nuts and flakes until crumbly.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.

  3. Using your hand or a spoon, take the mixture and shape into balls. Continue until you have used up all the mixture.

  4. Let cool in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
