- 70 g cashews
- 180 g dates
- 45 g oats
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 20 g chia seeds
- 20 g cane molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp salts
Instructions

Blend dates, nuts and flakes until crumbly.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.

Using your hand or a spoon, take the mixture and shape into balls. Continue until you have used up all the mixture.
