Raffaelo balls are a great no‑bake dessert all year round, not just at Christmas. This time, we made them a bit lighter. This recipe is full of protein thanks to the quark, beautifully moist and delightfully sweet. Let's do it!

- 1/2 curd cheese
- 15 g chicory syrup
- 30 g grated coconut
- 20 g almonds
Instructions

Mix the cubed quark with chicory syrup or any other syrup you like, 30g of dessicated coconut and chopped blanched almonds and transfer it to a freezer for a couple of minutes.

Then form balls and coat them in coconut again. Always keep it in the fridge. They will keep for up to a week. Enjoy!
