- 200 g curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 120 g plain flour
- 30 g flexseeds
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 spoon baking powder
- 100 g high quality ham
- 80 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 30 g baby spinach
- 30 g plain flour
- 20 g grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the curd cheese and eggs. Add the flour, ground linseed, salt, dried garlic and baking powder and stir. Then add the grated mozzarella, chopped ham and the and chopped spinach. -
On a floured board, shape the buns and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the top with cheese.

Bake at 200 °C for 5 minutes, then turn the temperature down to 180 °C and bake for a further 15 minutes.
