- 150 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
- 140 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp seeds
- 1 egg
- salt flakes

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yoghurt, eggs and mix everything together thoroughly. If necessary, add a little water. -
Form the dough into loaves with a hole in the middle. To make the dough easy to work with, try soaking your hands in clean water and working with wet hands, the dough won't stick as much.

Brush the bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and any seeds - we recommend poppy seeds, salt or sesame seeds.

Bake the bagels at 180 °C for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.
