Instructions

  1. Homemade Greek Yogurt Protein BagelsIn a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yoghurt, eggs and mix everything together thoroughly. If necessary, add a little water.

  2. Form the dough into buns with a hole in the middle. To make the dough easy to work with, try soaking your hands in clean water and working with wet hands; the dough won't stick as much.

  3. Brush the bagels with whisked egg and sprinkle with salt and any seeds - we recommend poppy seeds, salt or sesame seeds.

  4. Bake the bagels at 180 °C for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.

  5. That's it! Then just let it cool and serve with whatever you like best. We tried cream cheese, smoked salmon and baby spinach this time. 🤤Homemade Greek Yogurt Protein BagelsHomemade Greek Yogurt Protein BagelsHomemade Greek Yogurt Protein Bagels
