Per 3 portions
- 120 g tuna in brine
- 80 g cucumbers
- 65 g Feta cheese
- 50 g avocado
- 70 g Greek yoghurt
- 20 g red onion
- lemon juice
- sea salt
- pepper
- 3 pita breads
Instructions

Cut the vegetables and Feta cheese into small pieces.

Add the yogurt, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the pita bread in a toaster.

Cut off one edge of the pita bread and cut a "pocket" into it, which you fill with lettuce.
