  • 30 g iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 50 g sweetcorn
  • 60 g tuna in brine
  • 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water, according to the instructions. Mix it in a bowl with iceberg lettuce, sliced cucumber, tuna, and a dressing from yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper. In the end, add tomatoes - carefully, so you don't squash them.

  2. Put it in a box and top with a hard‑boiled egg with salt.
