- 3 eggs
- 120 g tuna in brine
- 100 g zucchinis
- 100 g carrots
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- avocado oil
Instructions

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.

Squeeze out all the excess juice.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater and mix them with the zucchini, eggs and tuna.

Add a little salt and pepper.

Fry the mixture on both sides in a little avocado oil.
