Another one in the series of quick and cheap recipes, and it's falafel pita this time. A simple affair that will save you a lot of time, but still tastes amazing. This falafel is easy to make, just use our Vilgain mix. Add it to a pita with anything else you like or currently have in the fridge, and voila – you have a quick and easy meal to go. - 1 pita bread
- 20 g iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 40 g Vilgain směsi na falafel
- 40 ml water
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper

Let's start with the falafel – add olive oil and water to the mixture, and leave it to stand for 5 minutes. Wet your hands and form balls from the mixture. Bake in an air fryer heated to 190 - 200 °C until golden.

Top the pita with the sauce from yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper. Add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, falafel and some more sauce.
