Patties:
  • 100 g quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 100 g carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • parsley leaves
Tzatziki:
  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 1 pinch salt
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa and cook it until tender. Grate the carrot and mix it in a bowl with the quinoa, eggs, seasoning, parsley and flour, if needed.

  2. Heat a pan and add some oil. Fry the patties on both sides. Remove them from the pan and place them on a kitchen towel that will absorb any excess oil.

  3. For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber, mix it with the yoghurt, salt and chopped dill.

  4. Serve the patties with a bowl of the dip.
