These beetroot patties with feta cheese are a great meat substitute. You can serve it atop green salad, with potatoes, with bread, or use it instead of a meat patty in a burger. Everyone will love them.

- 1 beetroot
- 115 g Feta cheese
- 50 g oats
- 1 egg
- Thyme
- parsley leaves
- pepper
- Sea Salt - flakes
- avocado oil
Instructions

Peel and finely grate the the beetroot.

Add the oatmeal, crumbled feta and egg. Season it with thyme, parsley, garlic granules, salt and peppe.

Form little buns and then squash them into thick patties. Fry them on both sides with avocado or olive oil.

Serve them with a garlic dip. You can serve veggies, potatoes or a baguette on the side. You can also use them in burgers, instead of meat.
