Veggie fritters are a great choice for a quick dinner, especially if you have any leftover cauliflower you need to use up. That you need flour to make fritters? No need. This recipe shows you how to make easy cauliflower fritters with no flour.

- 600 g cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- 100 g gouda
- pepper
- salt
- garlic granules
- onion granules
- lovage
- marjoram
- 4 ml ghee butter spray
Instructions

Wash, dry and roughly grate the cauliflower using a grater or blender.

In a big bowl, mix the grated cauliflower, eggs, your favourite grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental, or Eidam), salt, pepper, garlic, onion, marjoram and lovage, to taste. Mix well.

Heat up the pan to a medium heat and use a bit of our spray ghee. Use a spoon to form the fritters and fry on each side for 3‑4 minutes until golden brown.

Scoop up the fritters and put them onto a plate covered with a kitchen towel, which will soak up any extra oil.

Serve them warm with your favourite dip or as a side dish.
