- 1 packet ready to eat chickpea
- 40 g sweetcorn
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g chickpea flour
- 50 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- pepper
- pinch chilli
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- parsley leaves
- olive oil
Instructions

First, prepare all the ingredients. Chop the onion finely and grate the garlic.

Mix the chickpea flour with water, and then add all the other ingredients and seasoning. Season to your taste.

Use a spoon to make small patties in a pan and fry them until crunchy on both sides.
