What is that? Are you not a vegan? That's not a problem; everyone will love these. Whether you'll eat those with a regular yoghurt or a vegan one is up to you. You can also add some R2E meat, and a quick, delicious lunch is ready. And feel free to eat all the patties for lunch, if you can!

  • 1 packet ready to eat chickpea
  • 40 g sweetcorn
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g chickpea flour
  • 50 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • pepper
  • pinch chilli
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • parsley leaves
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. First, prepare all the ingredients. Chop the onion finely and grate the garlic.

  2. Mix the chickpea flour with water, and then add all the other ingredients and seasoning. Season to your taste.

  3. Use a spoon to make small patties in a pan and fry them until crunchy on both sides.

  4. You can serve them with regular or vegan yoghurt. Enjoy!
