- 1 broccoli
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 80 g 30% edam cheese
- avocado oil
- 400 g new potatoes
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 1 tsp parmesan

Instructions
-
Wash the broccoli thoroughly and separate into florets.
-
Cook the florets until tender, then rinse and leave them to cool. Once cold, mash or blend it with Parmesan, flour, salt and pepper.
-
Chop your cheese into small cubes.
-
Form the broccoli mixture into small balls, using your palms. Push 2‑3 cubes of cheese into each ball and press on the balls until they go flat, like a patty. (The cheese cubes have to be fully hidden in the broccoli mixture so it doesn't pour out during frying)
-
Fry the patties loaded with cheese on both sides, using a pan sprayed with avocado oil.
-
Wash your potatoes and coat them in seasoning, Parmesan, and a small amount of oil. Bake them in the oven at 200 °C until golden and crispy.
-
Serve the patties with the baked potatoes. Enjoy!
