Instructions

  1. Scrambled OatsMash the banana first and add the oats, eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

  2. Heat a non‑stick frying pan over a medium heat, pour the oat mixture into it and scramble it like scrambled eggs. Let it fry until golden brown for about 3‑4 minutes, turning as you go so that the pieces of oat mixture don't burn.

  3. Then serve with Greek yogurt with protein powder, your favourite fruit and almond butter. So enjoy!Scrambled Oats
