- 120 g oats
- 15 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml plant based milk
- coconut oil
- strawberry jam
- Strawberries
- curd cheese
- icing sugar
Instructions

Mix blended oats and vanilla protein in a bowl. Add eggs and plant milk, mix well and then leave the batter to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

In a non‑stick pan, heat a little coconut oil and pour in the batter. Fry on each side for about 3 minutes.

Finish the crêpes with your chosen toppings. We recommend filling them with quark, strawberry jam, adding strawberries and dusting them with sugar. They' ready! Enjoy!
