Do you love a sweet breakfast, but it often leaves you feeling hungry again? Then try these protein crêpes from oatmeal flour. They're smooth, filling, and - most importantly - utterly delicious! 

Saturday breakfast is sorted then.

Instructions

  1. Mix blended oats and vanilla protein in a bowl. Add eggs and plant milk, mix well and then leave the batter to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. In a non‑stick pan, heat a little coconut oil and pour in the batter. Fry on each side for about 3 minutes.

  3. Finish the crêpes with your chosen toppings. We recommend filling them with quark, strawberry jam, adding strawberries and dusting them with sugar. They' ready! Enjoy!
