Toast Bites:
- 6 slices sandwich bread
- 40 g Cheat Spread chocolate & cinnamon
Pudding:
- 80 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp xylitol
- 30 g Grass Fed Whey Protein
Coating:
- 25 g xylitol
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 vanilla protein pudding
- 30 g freeze dried strawberries
Instructions

Place 3 toasts on top of each other. Spread each with a thin layer of nut butter and stick. Cut into 9 pieces.

Mix the milk with the egg, protein and xylitol. Dip toast cubes in the mixture and toast in a ghee pan on each side.

Then coat them in sugar and cinnamon. Place in bowls and layer pudding and freeze‑dried strawberries for garnish.
