- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 60 g strawberries
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 70 g dark chocolate

- 20 g freeze dried strawberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions

Apricot Bites (9 pieces):
Mix apricots with white yogurt and maple syrup. Place on baking paper in rounds and place in the freezer.

When the rounds are hard, coat them in pre‑melted dark chocolate. Place back in the freezer and enjoy whenever you want!

Dice the strawberries. Mix with yogurt, lemon juice and maple syrup. Place on baking paper in rounds and place in the freezer.
