- 100 g spelt flour
- 80 g golden cane icing sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 100 g kefir
- 1 banana
- 1 pinch vanilla pods
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp semi-coarse flour
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 6 plums

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder) and add a pinch of vanilla seeds. To get these, cut a vanilla pod in half and scrape out the inner part. -
Beat one egg, pour in the kefir and add the mashed banana.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking tin. Top with halved plums and sprinkle with a crumble of semi‑coarse flour, butter and sugar.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30‑40 minutes.
