  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Pesto & Feta Puff Pastry WreathCut the tomatoes into small cubes. Add the pureed garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Spread the slice of puff pastry with basil pesto.

  3. Drain the excess juice from the tomatoes and place them on the dough.

  5. Roll up the dough on the longer side and transfer to a baking sheet with baking paper.
