- 300 g broccoli
- 1 egg
- 100 g hard cheese
- 30 g corn starch
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- 1 pinch garlic granules
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch oregano
- 10 g ghee butter spray
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 pinch fresh herbs
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

Steam the broccoli and then chop very finely.

In a large bowl, mix broccoli, egg, grated cheese, cornstarch, salt, oregano and dried garlic. Let stand for about 15 minutes. You can put the mixture in the freezer to make it easier to work with.

Shape into patties and bake on both sides on medium flame in a pan with a little ghee spray.

When ready, enjoy with fresh salad and a dip of yoghurt and herbs.
