Flatbread:
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 1 pinch himalayan salt
  • 1 pinch garlic granules
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 10 g ghee butter spray
Dip:
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 pinch fresh herbs
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Broccoli Flatbread with CheeseSteam the broccoli and then chop very finely.

  2. In a large bowl, mix broccoli, egg, grated cheese, cornflour, salt, oregano and dried garlic. Let it stand for about 15 minutes. You can put the mixture in the freezer to make it easier to work with.

  3. Shape the mixture into patties and bake on both sides on medium heat in a pan with a little ghee spray.

  4. Enjoy them with fresh salad and a herby yoghurt dip.
