Instructions

  1. Gingerbread WafflesMix all ingredients for the base until smooth.

  2. Let the dough rest for at least 5 minutes.

  3. Heat up your waffle iron and spray it with oil spray.

  4. Once the waffle maker is ready, pour the batter into it and bake the waffles.

  5. Serve the crispy waffles immediately with Greek yogurt, gingerbread topping and pecans.
