Per 2 portions
- 1 cup oats
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 10 drizzles vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yoghurt
- coconut oil spray
- gingerbread prebiotic topping
- non-fat Greek yoghurt
- pecan
Instructions

Mix all ingredients for the base until smooth. -
Let the dough rest for at least 5 minutes.

Heat up your waffle iron and spray it with oil spray.

Once the waffle maker is ready, pour the batter into it and bake the waffles.
