I am sure you will agree that there are never enough recipes for pancakes to make on a slow morning. So we're adding one more. Those kefir pancakes are extremely fluffy, nutritious and ready in seconds.

Per 2 portions
- 100 g oat flour
- 50 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 150 ml kefir
- 1 egg
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 140 g plain yoghurt
- 20 g pistachios
- 1 g coconut oil
Instructions

First, mix all the dry ingredients – oatmeal flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Add kefit and eggs to the dry mixture and create a thick but still liquid batter.

Heat a frying pan and brush it with some coconut oil. Make pancakes, frying them on a medium heat. Once you see bubbles appear, flip them around and fry on the other side.

Serve it with plain yoghurt, hot raspberries, and pistachios.
