I am sure you will agree that there are never enough recipes for pancakes to make on a slow morning. So we're adding one more. Those kefir pancakes are extremely fluffy, nutritious and ready in seconds.

Instructions

  1. First, mix all the dry ingredients – oatmeal flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  2. Add kefit and eggs to the dry mixture and create a thick but still liquid batter.

  3. Heat a frying pan and brush it with some coconut oil. Make pancakes, frying them on a medium heat. Once you see bubbles appear, flip them around and fry on the other side.

  4. Serve it with plain yoghurt, hot raspberries, and pistachios.

  5. Enjoy!
