All you need are 3 basic ingredients - eggs, cottage cheese and oatmeal! Then you just decorate to taste and the perfect breakfast that takes just a few minutes is on the table. 🧇

Dough:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g low fat cottage cheese
- 80 g organic rolled oats
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Topping:
- 1 non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 15 g peanut topping
- 30 g strawberry prebiotic topping
- 50 g forest fruit
Instructions

Place all the ingredients for the dough in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and bake for about 5 minutes until the outside is crispy.
TIP: Leave the lid of the waffle maker slightly ajar, this will allow the waffles to rise nicely. 👌🏻

Then serve with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, prebiotic topping and fruit.
