- 300 g chicken breast
- 10 g olive oil
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch sweet paprika
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 120 g jasmine rice
- 50 g salad mix
- 150 g cucumbers
- 150 g red pepper
- 100 g white paprikas
- 1 pinch spring onion
- 20 g tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions

First, cook the rinsed rice with a pinch of salt.

Season the chicken breasts well and drizzle with olive oil. Let marinate for a while.

Then heat a frying pan and sear the chicken on all sides. You can halve the flame if you have thick slices.

In the meantime, prepare your vegetables. Cut the peppers into noodles, the cucumber into small cubes, the lettuce into pieces and the spring onions into small rounds and prepare the tahini dressing. For this you just need to mix tahini paste, lemon juice and a little water.
