- 180 g gluten-free oat flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 75 g coconut oil
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 10 g peanuts
Instructions

Beat the eggs with the coconut sugar and then add the remaining wet ingredients, including the mashed banana. -
In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the dry mixture to the wet one.

Mix well and add peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour into a baking tin and add some peanuts and chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C covered with foil. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes and let the bread bake until golden brown.

Slice, drizzle with a little nut butter, add some cottage cheese to add some softness, and serve!
