Instructions

  1. Dairy & Gluten-Free Banana BreadBeat the eggs with the coconut sugar and then add the remaining wet ingredients, including the mashed banana.

  2. In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the dry mixture to the wet one.

  3. Mix well and add peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour into a baking tin and add some peanuts and chocolate chips on top.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C covered with foil. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes and let the bread bake until golden brown.
