- 180 g gluten-free oat flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 75 g coconut oil
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 10 g peanuts
Instructions

Beat the eggs with the coconut sugar and then add the rest of the "wet" ingredients, including the mashed banana. -
In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to the wet part.

Mix and add peanut butter and choco chips. Put the chocolate chips on top with the peanuts.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C covered with foil, remove the foil for the last 10 minutes and let it bake until golden brown.
